Day 7: Get Enough Sleep

It’s day 7 and, so far this morning, I have completed the challenges from day 1 (abs), day 2 (arms), day 4 (cardio), and day 5 (stretching). That means I still have to drink lots of water, eat my vegetables, and, for today’s challenge, get 7-8 hours of sleep tonight.

That will be a little harder to do because my body is all thrown off by “springing forward” for daylight savings. It was weird being up at 6:30 this morning when it was still dark out. That’s going to be an adjustment when I have to get up for work tomorrow.

I had a really great birthday yesterday, despite having to be up at an ungodly hour for work. I have some fun pictures and a recipe to share with you, but right now I am still celebrating my “birthday weekend,” so I am going to say goodbye now!
